Payment Obligation: Participants are required to follow the payment schedule specified in the training agreement. Any payments paid for training services are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. However, by enrolling in our training program, participants understand and accept that the fees are non-refundable.

Inquires making: The organization is dedicated to responding emails and calls in a timely manner. All training inquiries will be communicated through the institute’s approved contact channels.  The institute will answer email and calls Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., except weekends and public holidays.

Image Usage: The institute will handle participant pictures in accordance with existing privacy laws and regulations, taking reasonable precautions to protect individual privacy. However, by enrolling in our training program, participants grant the institution permission to use their images for promotional and advertising purposes. In this regard, all participants should understand and accept that the use of their pictures for publicity and advertising is entirely voluntary, and no financial remuneration will be offered.
